Tales from HR- you'll never eat Taco Bell again.
Applicant- "I have to go to the bathroom. Where is it?"
Me- "You'll take a drug test at the end of the paperwork, so you may as well wait."
Applicant- "I can't wait. I had the late night munchies and ate some Taco Bell. Now I have diarrhea and I'm going to crap myself."
Me- "You can use the restroom but you're going to have to rehydrate because you'll still have to take a drug test."
Applicant- "that's fine, I just gotta go now. That Taco Bell gets me every time, but I still eat it."
Me- "The bathroom is over there."
You'll never guess what- he failed his drug test!
It's not the first time I've heard the "crap myself" excuse.

We also had a milestone- a background check that came up with an active warrant!
