Ganja?
I don't think it's hops season...
My living room smells VERY STRONGLY like weed. During hops season, and if our windows were open, this would make sense. However, our windows are closed and I haven't smelled hops while out and about.
Methinks a neighbor is smoking some ganja. Ah, the joys of apartment life. At least I like the smell, and will not get high because no smoke is coming in.
