I'm sorry I wasn't around to wish you all a merry Christmas. I'm sorry I haven't had the time to catch up with how you all are doing. I'm sorry I haven't been able to read the fantastic fic I'm sure you're all writing. And I'm sorry I haven't been able to write/finish/post any fic of my own, either.
Gack. My life makes me sad. I am forever doing things; working, seeing family, going out with Mark, looking after the animals, completing assessments for my work course -- which are all GOOD things, and things that I want to be doing (maybe besides the work part, of course!) -- but I just feel as though I have no time for myself.
I haven't watched a House episode in MONTHS (or at least it feels that way) and I have no excuse, because I have the means to be able to see them now. I got NCIS S2 and Third Watch S1 for Christmas, and haven't even had the chance to take off the plastic wrapping yet. I haven't written anything that wasn't related to work in weeks....
Argh. Now I'm getting all emo and horrible.
(Man, my eyes are tired.)
I just want you guys to know that I wish I was here more. I miss you all terribly. MUCH MUCH more than I thought was possible.
Mark goes to Europe for nineteen days on the sixteenth of January. I'm not looking forward to it, because I'm going to miss him like crazy while he's gone. He says it's payback for while I was away in the States. And while I'm dreading having to fall asleep every night without him next to me, I'm also sort of looking forward to having some spare time after work for a change instead of driving straight to his house.
Be sure to let me know if I've missed anything important in the last week or so. I'm trying my hardest to keep up with you guys. STOP BEING SO DAMN PRODUCTIVE, HOKAY? Not really. I love you guys. KISSES!
P.S - Also? Didn't 100_situations die for no apparent reason a while back? And now it's back online again? WHY DOES LJ WANT TO CONFUSE ME SO?
