Rare Political Talk from Yours Truely
Okay, I'm sure most of you know I'm a democrat, but I am also a practicing Catholic, at least I'm trying to be, and the 2 get torn. I will NEVER be a republican, and I'll get in to that later because I have to leave in 5 minutes for work, but I needed a mini vent about politics.
The main reason I don't talk about it much is because I get worked up, but here we go. Frequently, especially now that we have the 2 main candidates, my aunt has been "vocal" about her opinions and I feel like screaming at her! She does this thing where she CONSTANTLY points out his views on abortion, and I feel like saying, have you heard these words from his mouth?! And she has NO idea why he voted the way he did. There is fine print in laws and it could have been that they didn't state exceptions for women who could die or whatever! I am pro life for the most part but that is my ONLY conservative opinion (at least I hope it is) but I have to stop now because I have to go to work. I will try to continue tonight but I have a shit load to do for this party coming up.
