Back from the vaca(tion). Saw my friends, some movies. Walked, wandered A LOT.

Officially released from the diploma factory. Picking it up next Friday.
Not going to Columbia. Not enough money. Not going to France. At all.
Need to find job. Sending out MASS resumes each morning. Mostly for receptionist/assistant type positions. Some copy editing stuff and library stuff and interpreter stuff. I will find something, hopefully. I am at least quadlingual (is that a word?). Someone's GOT to hire me. Leaning towards an MA in History (concentration: Public History and Preservation) at a local university, next spring.People in that department have been super swell (non-sarcastic). Beforehand, looking into internships in the decorative and fine arts or the education department with the local historical society. Moving again June, July, August said. Breathing, kind of.
