1. What is your salad dressing of choice?
Red Wine Vinegar and Oil.
2. What is your favorite sit-down restaurant?
Casa Real. It just opened up a couple of months ago and I think I've been there 5 or 6 times. The food is excellent and incredibly inexpensive.
3. What food could you eat every day for two weeks and not get sick of?
Salad.
4. What are your pizza toppings of choice?
Bacon, onions, green olives and extra cheese.
5. What do you like to put on your toast?
Butter and my mother's strawberry freezer jam. We just ran out, so I need to figure out how to make it now that she can't make it for us and it's too late to ask her how to make it.

Two.

White - with a Beeker from the Muppets case.
3. How many computers are in your house?
One working desktop, one working laptop, 3 broken desktops an 2 broken laptops, but we're working on salvaging one of the laptops.

Nope.

Right.
2. Have you ever had anything removed from your body?
Appendix, gall bladder, part of my liver, wisdom teeth and two children.

Dishes from my Dad's house.
4. Have you ever been knocked unconscious?
Yes, by a softball bat to the face while playing softball as a kid. I was a catcher - occupational hazard. ;)

1. If it were possible, would you want to know the day you were going to die?
Yes. So I could say goodbye to everyone and let everyone kow how much I love them and give them all a chance to say what they need to say to me. (The BIGGEST regret with my Mom passing suddenly is that I didn't get to tell her all the things I needed to.)
2. If you could change your name, what would you change it to?
Rhiannon or Sohpia, but since I wasn't gifted with either of those names I gave one of them to my daughter. :)
3. Would you drink an entire bottle of hot sauce for $1000?
Yes. We could really really use the money right now. :(

One. om bought me a pair just before she died. They aren't something I would ever wear, but I can't seem to get rid of them. :)

Humm...probably 10 years or so ago when I got my last speeding ticket.

My husband.

Sophie in bed while she was sleeping.

Fall. Nothing returns me to the good memories of my childhood faster than the changing leaves, picking apples and the smell of buring leaves in the air.
2. Holiday?
4th of July - big picnic at Darlene and Jim's house (who are 2 of my favorite people in the world - and just a small note, Jim has been battling non-Hodgkins lymphoma for a couple of years, so if you could keep him in your prayers, or whatever you do for your faith, it would be much appreciated!)while the Battle Creek air show drfowns us out overhead every few minutes. I wouldn't give this holiday up for the world!!!

Sunday-I can sleep in and I make our big family dinner for the week on Sunday. I work second shift, so I don't get to see my kids nearly as much as I'd like to, so Sunday is family day and I cherish it!
