Alternative and modern rock one-hit wonders of the 90s
I'm looking to relive my middle and high school days through the music I used to listen to. I want to put together a mix CD (or collection!) of the one-hit wonders that we all knew and actually liked - no "Barbie Girl" or "Macarena"! I keep adding to the list mentally, but I figured I'd start getting it down in text form for when the time comes. A few of the artists on this list had second radio singles (most of which I admittedly liked better than their actual hits), but for the purposes of this exercise, I will keep it to their big hits.
