Another song I wrote on the train, though I can't remember much of it and i can't remember the tune. I'm just gonna copy down what i wrote in my cell phone word for word because my cell has this nasty tendency to delete my notes I write in it, so I have to back it up asap. In the form of half a dozen notes, here we go:
(My mindset was that I was listening to porcupine tree, that could have helped)
"When you ask the world about yourself
looking through the glass
the past is ahead
and i can tell you
that the world is going down"
"beyond the belief"
"in a haze and through the rage
i tell you that all is relative
and nothing's pure
anymore"
"i sold out and the world it left me
whats to become when there's so little integrity
whats to become
when there's
so little"
"the beautiful sky it shines so bright
from the walls of the catacombs
rising from the bottom of the ocean
to the top of the sky
and you no longer have to ask why
it's right there in front of you"
"cant articulate life
can't articulate
what i really mean"
And then i wrote an analogy about a stripper and howard stern. Oh, alcohol, you're silly.
