OK. so what all is going on in this neck of the woods? well, in the gaming world, i just beat rondo of blood, i am nearing the end of odin sphere and persona 4. All of those games are absolutely fabulous. i also tried out playing perfect world, a free mmo that just did not do it for me. the thing about that game is nobody has a fixed role. there are classes that are better at some things, but all of them seemed to be too similar. and everyone could learn every profession. so there is never a niche that needs to be filled, everyone can do everything.
movie world is pretty calm, even though terminator is about to start, and i am stoked about that. star trek was OK.
i finished the new Jim Butcher book, Turn Coat, and i was not dissappointed. i would like some closure as to what is going to happen to harry though.
on the job front. well i still work at lego, which is ok, but not great. not a carreer job, i tell you that. i applied for some lab tech jobs about an hour from where i live, and i think that it will be worth the commute just so i can start doing a job i care about again.
Mae is doing well, she is subbing more often, so she is finally starting to get to do her stuff. it took us a bit longer to establish ourselves than we thought it was going to, but finally things are starting to look like what i imagined it would look like.
