Doctor Doom
I liked this episode. Very solid nice wholeness it has (this is why I don't write reviews 'cause obviously I'm no good at it).
It was definitely a different premiere, 'cause we already knew Donna and we didn't need an introduction episode. Loved the beginning parts, especially the office Donna up, Donna down, Doctor up, Doctor down, Donna up, Donna down, Doctor up, Doctor down - thing :D
But why couldn't The Doctor just use the damn door, he has the psychic paper for it. Or maybe he has a fetish of breaking doors. And why they were waiting in the office so long, they could have simply just came in later, like at lunch time or something?
Also that black girl spy/reporter reminded me of Martha's sister.
This blob thingy thing worked better than I expected, it made perfect sense and wasn't so silly when they actually build the story up (I saw the small clip where the chick just got blown to blobs).
Other part I must definitely love was when they were chatting through the windows. Overall I seem to love the comedic parts.
All this sonic pen techno babble went over my head, I would need subtitles for that, I can re watch it thou when one comes up.
I'm relieved that Donna doesn't fancy The Doctor and definitely doesn't want to mate with him :D
Then also this WHAT THE FUCK! Oh fuck you RTD (again), what we gonna see Rose in every episode disappearing or something? I know you like her, but get over yourself. That was basically totally pointless scene and now all the people who have stayed off the spoilers know that she will definitely be back again. I'd be pissed If I could have avoided spoilers for that long and the they just show her at the fisrt episode.
Just sayin'
