Adventures of Crystal
Ok guys and gals it's time for another exciting installment of Adventures of Crystal!!
Saturday, I spent the day doing my "Witch Class" in the morning,and then watching movies we borrowed from a friend. We borrowed "Blood and Chocolate" which is a cute B rated love story involving werewolves. We also borrowed Eragon which is an amazing movie based on a book. It's about a boy that becomes a dragon rider. I saw it in the theater, but Rez didn't get to. It really looks so much more impressive on big screen. The dragon is amazing!!!
Sunday, We slept late then I had to coax hubby off World of Warcraft to go back to Jason's house to return the movies. I was really trying to get hubby over there for his surprise party. *GRINS* He did not make it easy for me. He couldn't understand why I had to get the movies back so soon. I also had to run him around town for 15 min getting a drink, and then back to our apartment. LOL I wanted to make sure most of the people where there when we got there. You should have seen his face when I told him I needed to come back here for a B vitamin...LOL. Don't laugh it's the best I could do. *grins* We had Burgers and Tres leches Cake at the party. For those of you who don't know any spanish it means "Cake of Three Milks" it's awesome. It's also not easy to find. It happens to be Hubby's new favorite cake. He got a gift card to Half Price Books for $20 which I'm sure he will use soon. He loves his books. All in all it went very well.
Well lets see...
I just found out my cholesterol is high again. Yay me. URGH. So back in diet mode. More white meat... less red. I'm gonna try to take garlic everyday. It may not make my cholesterol lower, but I bet the doc will think twice before coming near me with a needle. LOL I'll also be Vampire proof. There is a bright side to everything. *snerk*
