I'm always said that I want to go into international law. But what area of international law?

I've always leaned towards environmental law. which would be interesting. but...

I've also harboured a secret interest in art law. Not that I know all that much about art. More than a lot of people, but a lot less than many. Basically, I know what I like and know about that. BUt the breadth of my knowledge is narrow.

But, it basically interests me. Particularly international acquasitions, trade, taxation and copywrite, and antiquities.

I may investigate it a bit more.... I'm sure it's not an area that to many people focus on, but I would think there would be a bit of a demand. and it might be an area that would be more "portable", as opposed to environmental or trade law, which is more jurisdictionally specific. some info I've dug up (more for my future reference than anything else):

http://www.hg.org/art.html

http://www.artlaws.com/

http://www.ial.uk.com/

http://www.palidan.com/Practice/art.htm

maybe now I can choose courses without being so confused, too. But does it make sense to decide on a focus now? Maybe I should figure out how much work there is in the field, and where the largest firms that have "art lawyers" on staff would be

just thinkin' on it.....
