Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
It occurred to me today that I hadn't seen any postings on boards about exit interviews being on a certain date. So I called the Psychology office to see when they were. I was told they were on November 20th......I hung up and processed that for a few minutes while waiting an hour to take my German final. A few seconds later Mrs. January called me back and told me that she had been looking for me. I told her that I'd been sick and hadn't been around. She told me that she needed proof that I took and passed the English proficiency test and the GRE. I didn't know where I'd put the receipts for that so I told her I'd get back to her. After I took the German final I ran out to my car and drove to the house as fast as I could. I tore my room up looking for those receipts and was awarded with finding both of them at about the same time. I ran back out the door and headed back to JSU. I gave Mrs. January my stuff and she had me take some exit survey online, print out two copies of my transcript, and fill out some paper work. Then we went to find someone in the deans office. We ended up having to go up to the fourth floor to find Mrs. Huddleston. They were having a Christmas party for the faculty I guess. Mrs. Huddleston told Mrs. January that she could bring all the paper work and such to her late as long as I did it. So yeah......I get to graduate. It's a good thing too....I think I would have just jumped off a tall building or something if I had to spend one more semester at Jackson State. I still gotta head over to financial aid and see if I have to do something there.....I'll do that Monday I think.
