My brakes are grinding badly

I called around to a few places and got some quotes. Kat said she'd let me borrow some money to fix it, but I don't wanna do that.....I don't like borrowing money from friends. Ceramic Rotors? I've never heard of those, but my concern would be with the roads in Mississippi being what they are, would they last?

He said they lasted longer than the metal ones. I'm sure they wouldn't put them on the car if they didn't think they would.

yeah, that's a questions for folks that known something about ceramic rotors... hrm. I suggest finding out from other car buffs before actually going the ceramic route...

As for Scotty's, my folks have gotten stuff fixed there before also and they've been good and reliable. I don't know anything about Taylor's or Gateway or the others.
