I was playing around online this afternoon and I got an email from Amazon.com. I got excited 'cause I'm trying to sell two of my text books through them. I went to my email to check it and sure enough I'd sold the Abnormal Psych. book. Yey for that! So, I went to check my funds to see if I could afford to go ahead and mail the book off. I did, but I also found where Columbia House had taken another $26 out of my account when my account was supposed to be canceled. What the fuck?!?!?!?!?! Can these damn people do anything right?!?!?!?! I guess they didn't even listen to a word I was saying to them. That's $26 I could fucking use for gas!!!!!!!!! DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I will need to call them tomorrow to let them know in no uncertain terms that they need to give me my fucking money back and cancel the damn membership.
Anyway, I went to mail the book off and then headed to Beth and Joey's to see what Bethihead was doing on her birthday. She and Melissa went to get some pampering done. They were just sitting around talking. I sat over there for a good couple hours then headed to Preston and Erin's. Erin left to go see PotC2 again around 8:00 or so. Preston and I watched Robin Williams comedy thing and hung around talking for a while. He said he really felt bad for what he did to me. He told me that Erin was actually ok with me being the mistress, but that she wanted to get to know me better first. I can understand that. I guess I wouldn't want to just jump into bed with someone I didn't know all that well either. We talked about a bunch of random stuff. I'm glad to be able to hang out with him again. I really did miss him. I mean we were best friends for a good long time. It's hard to lose a best friend. At a little after midnight I left and came back home.
I found on the counter that my antenna boosters had come in. I stuck them on my phone and didn't get any kind of service with them. So, I've decided that I will put my SIM card back in my old phone. When this one just dies, I'll go to the Slvr. I can't deal with not having service here at the house. When I can upgrade through Cingular, I'll go to the store and see what they say will work out here in the middle of nowhere and decide what kind of phone I want then. That's kind of annoying though.....
