A-kon is over
So now what? Now I go back to my boring existence. Whoohoo...... I'm currently trying to upload the pictures I took at A-kon. It's taking forever. I really hate dial-up. I now know I'm not the only one that has it though. Robin, a girl that rode with us to Dallas, has dial-up also....she knows my pain. I met alot of people from Kristin's group of friends in H'burg that were cool. I bought some nifty stuff....I wanted to buy more :( If I go next year, I'll make sure I have more monies. I had this awesome idea for a cosplay costume next year. Not sure I'll be able to do it though since I'm a big stickler for getting every little thing right. We'll have to see though.
I went by Cups last night to give Lester the bag I got him before I headed home. He liked it. Hell, I liked it. It was a really nice bag. I wanna see if they have a Kyo bag like it. I showed him all the stuff I got and the pictures I took. I even told him he should come next time if I go. He said he'd really like to. I told him I'd let him know when Kristin started prereging people. I think he could cosplay Cloud or Vash really well.....just need alot of mousse for his hair. It was good to see him. I hadn't seen him in about two weeks.
Anyway, we're supposed to go see X3 today. He hasn't seen it yet. That'll be after 3:00 though. Gotta find stuff to do until then. I'll probably just sit around the house 'til he calls. Rest up some from my vacation :)
I'll post links to the pictures when I get them all uploaded. That should be awhile so don't get too excited.
Two Lumps is an awesome webcomic. They posted comics before and after A-kon.
