Gracie In Memorium

Originally uploaded by CatGoddess. This morning someone shot my mom's dog, Gracie. Mom said she was taking out the trash and she heard a gunshot then a dog yelp once. She called Gracie and she didn't come. When she got in her car to go to work she found Gracie down the street in the middle of the road. She had not been run over. There was one little spot with a little blood. You could tell she had been shot right in the heart. No one saw who did it. Mom and Hillary think they know who did though. I will be investigating myself sometime soon since the sherrif's office can't help much. Whoever did this will be punished. I will not let this go.
Edit: Another officer came over shortly after I posted this. He said he's been over here several times and he believes he knows who's been doing stuff like this. However, since no one's ever seen anything happen, they can't really do anything about it. Mom has told me what house it is. I will be going over there and leaving a little note on their door to tell them I know what they've done and it won't go unpunished. Later I will go over there with someone and take my sister's tape recorder to ask them about it. If they're real assholes they will probably be proud of what they did and admit it. Then I'll have something to take to the police. Wish me luck.
