Kitchen Aid

On Thursday we received a Kitchen Aid mixer as a wedding gift. We are both excited about it. Today, Dave made bread and butter with it. Yes, a whole wonderful easily made loaf of bread thanks the mixer. And yes, butter. Cream was left to sit out to 50 degrees and then within minutes mixed up into butter. Then it was strained and kneaded in water to remove the remaining milky stuff. And voila', butter. Maybe a half hour?

I love the Kitchen Aid.
