I left it ambiguous on purpose lol XD I choose to believe that it's her guilt, so in essence her conscience. Her humanity.

Woah. o.o I didn't expect them to have a physical relationship but Rei would be the kind of girl who wouldn't be able to put her feelings into words, even at such an intimate moment. The second paragraph has such a powerful impact: the way he has to whisper the words into her skin in the dark of the night is sort of sad but then there's a glimmer of hope at the end because she responds and maybe some day, he'll be able to say it and she'll be able to respond.

Yeah, honestly I've never really thought they'd have sex before being in a fully acknowledged relationship either, but this sort of just happened.

I wanted this to be somewhat hopeful, if angsty (because my muse is angsty as fuck right now) so I'm glad you saw that, too.

WOW. i, um, don't know you at all, but i stumbled on your fics at sm_monthly and holy shit am i glad that i did! i hope you don't mind me commenting randomly, it's just that i absolutely love both of these ficlets.

in the first, i really enjoy how you have setsuna watching history unfold in a way that doesn't even have anything to do with the senshi - it really drives home the "otherness" of her character, and how her role is so beyond that of the other girls, in so many ways.

as for the second, well, r/j are my fav...so i'm biased...but this one was perfect. erotic, yet moving, and your style is almost lyrical, really gorgeous to read.

thanks for writing these little vignettes, and just fyi, i might have to continue stalking your journal for more where these came from...
