I have been reading your book for a while now and I would like to clear up a few things.
Isenstar... Isengard
Urgals...... Orcs
Kull........ Urukai
Now look, you've got talent. I can't deny that fact. You've got imagination, but you need to not use Tolkien as your springboard. The history of the elves (coming across the sea), calling them fair folk. Don't laugh, Mr. Tolkien facade, it's not funny. It's also not amusing to read. If I wanted to read Tolkien I'd read him and if I wanted to read spliced up Tolkien, I'd read fanfiction.
Most people in America aren't stupid. At least not all of the people in America are stupid. I can safely say that Tolkien is well known now in this day and age where people can skip the book and just see the movie. Don't toy with Tolkien.
