Home!!!
I have been home for a glorious week and a half. Despite the fact that I have not been working, I've been too lazy to update, but that ends now.
I've been having a good time mooching around with the friendies. The JDR-bq was especially enjoyable, it was great to see everybody. I was also very proud of myself for jumping in the freezing-ass lake. There was Francine's pasta salad to be eaten, euchre to be played, Chuck Norris jokes to be told, and of course, the hot tub. Good times.
We also had a great dinner with the ladies, and an excellent and productive outlet mall trip, in which I spent very little money and got a lot of stuff. Thank you, gift cards.
I went to visit the HS yesterday. I went at the start of band and stayed in the band room til the end of school. It was great to see all my favorite band peeps. And I got to see Vinny's tattoo, and Jimmy's haircut. I also visited Mr. Urban, Mr. Baker, and Rachel Falkey, who gave me a ride home in the mustang. Then Helen came over and we did nothing, which was nice.
Soon I'm going to go play DDR with Laura! Hooray, it's gonna be awesome except I suck, ah well.
I've been cooking a lot recently in preparation for this summer. I'm not on the meal plan so I may have to do some cooking at Club Midd while I'm working there. Now I have this huge plastic box of cooking supplies to take back to school, I'm pretty sure Dianne and I are not going to be able to carry it...
Chuck Norris is currently suing NBC, claiming that Law and Order are trademarked names for his right and left legs.
