i already told some people this, and it happened like a week and a half ago but i just think it's really funny and actually kind of sad. in the class i apprentice for (french 2, not honors, about half of the 12 students speak only spanish) during 6th period, they're learning past tense and activities. so ms guibert asked them to say something they did last weekend outside. one kid volunteers and says "J'ai allé à Costco." Ok, so not only was the french wrong (after they'd gone over it about 10000 times), but the only activity this kid could think of that he did OUTSIDE was GOING TO COSTCO. i didnt know if i should laugh or cry.
volleyball game tonight! wooo! my third one ever. sorry i havent come to more but i always was so busy! besides, i was saving it all up for the exciting games (like states!) i think i might make a shirt for friday's game for molly and carrie, if anyone wants to join me.
ps: i signed up for SAT 2s at wootton on dec 4. anyone else? today is the last day possible to sign up for SATs this year. i also signed up for playher indoor field hockey. i hope other people are too and its not just a team with me and lindsay!
ok well now i need to write my constitution for my "freeland" for morality. i have no clue where to begin. are we supposed to word it like the US Constitution? do we have to include like 5000 articles like the US? is it basically like rules for the nation, like those constitutions we wrote in one of the first classes for our island communities? i don't know where to start, and i have a feeling i won't finish it tonight.
jack & bobby tonight... i look forward to wednesdays now so much!
