I am back from camp! Thank God!! It was so hard!
We got there around 1 or so on Sunday.Put up our tents and all that stuff. Then we ran 5 miles! Then we soaked our legs at the beach. We then played games at the beach. After that we had our beach run and ran 2 miles.
Monday I wasnt there I had to baby-sit! But when I came back we did water work-outs! Those were hard....but fun!!Then of course we did the beach run.
Tuesday was the worst we woke up at 8 and we had to run 2 miles before we ate or anything! Then we had to do Bam that is killer! Then we ate breakfast. After we played at the beach for a long time then ate lunch. Then we had to do the horseshoe which is the worst thing EVER!!We had to run up and down these 2 very steep sand hills! There was like a road in the middle so we had to run up 1 hill then cross the road and run up the other hill on the other side then cross the road and so on! yeah it was freaking horrible! Then we did 400 hundred sprint repeats! That was horrible too!! Then we came back and went to the state park to play volleyball!!We did good! I was on the seniors team! Then we went and got icecream!Hell yes!
Wednesday woke up at 8 ran our 2 miles but on the way back we had a time trial on the mile. That kinda sucked! Then we did BaM(bounding, abs, medicine ball)! We ate breakfast then packed! We drove to another campsite and ran for 40 minutes! Lyndel and I did good!! Then we came back and ate lunch! Then we came home!
I am so sore and tired! I missed all of you even though it was only gone for like 4 days!Lol!Luv ya all bunches!
I love you Zack!!!!!
I love this song:
Her parents never took the young girl to church
Never spoke of his name, never read her his word
Two non-believers walkin' lost in this world
Took their baby with them, what a sad little girl
Her daddy drank all day and mommy did drugs
Never wanted to play or give kisses and hugs
She'd watch the tv and sit there on the couch
While her mom fell asleep and her daddy went out
And the drinking and the fighting just got worse every night
Behind their couch she'd be hiding, oh what a sad little life
And like it always does the bad just got worse
With every slap and every curse
Until her daddy, in a drunk rage one night,
Used a gun on her mom and then took his life
And some people from the city took the girl far away
To a new mom and a new dad, kisses and hugs every day
Her first day of Sunday school the teacher walked in
And a small little girl stared at a picture of him
She said i know that man up there on that cross
I don't know his name, but I know he got off
Cause he was there in my old house, and held me close to his side
As I hid there behind our couch, the night that my parents died
