Anyway lately I've been going to Velocity to get ready for nationals which are in two weeks. I love going to get my butt kicked. The other day we were pulling sleds of weights and today we were running against bungee cords. Good stuff, good stuff.
Well I can't believe summer is almost over. I don't think I've spent enough days wasting away in front of the TV yet.
