As you can tell, I've been very annoyed with the Michelle fics I've found *sheepish grin* I actually have no problem with "I love Tony so much" fics. I couldn't even get Michelle to divorce him in mine and I kind of liked the idea of a divorce. Damn girl loves her husband too much. It's the fics that goes on for pages where all Michelle does is miss Tony and cries and insists that he should be free because she would have done the exact same thing that gets on my nerves. I don't think Michelle would have, which isn't to say that she loves him less than he loves her, or that she would have let him die. I think she would have moved heaven and earth for him, but she would have been willing to risk his life and bring Jack/CTU in, and find a way to undermine Saunders while trying to get her husband back.
I do love the couple dearly, though, and I appreciate that you showed Michelle's love for Tony in this fic, while also showing how betrayed she felt by his actions. That's the Michelle I loved in the series: the one who loved her husband dearly, but was also loved her country and took her job seriously. I think you showed that conflict well.

Oooh. You wrote fic? Where? *always looking for fic* No, Michelle would not have done the same thing. She would have risked his life it meant stopping the virus, she loves him of course but she loves her duty and country more.
Oh thank you so much again. I'm so glad that you thought I was able to show that conflict because I wasn't sure when writing it exactly what was happening.

So *YOU'RE* Firephile! It explains why your fic is so good! Holy Frith, it's been *years*. Anyhows, mind if I friend you? One can never have enough "24" fans on their friendlist.
