My own post about friends.
What’s up with all these live journal entries about friendship? It seems as though everyone has either:
1. Realized that their friends from high school are a bunch of assholes
2. Made new friends that are supposedly better
And
3. Finally realized that friends come and go.
Its life for you. No matter how much you want to avoid it, life is all about drama. We just have to learn to live with it and accept it just like how we have to accept that in life we have our old friends, who you will share old memories with and new friends, who you can make new memories with. Old or new, real or not, friends are friends. They're all special. Each friendship is special because each one is different. You had moments in each one where you thought that person is totally cool or really caring or thought he or she will always be there for you. So enough about the talk of who your real friends are and aren’t because friends are friends. Real or not real, they come and go. It’s what life is all about, meeting new people. Developing new friendships but also keeping old ones around.
