Yeah, I hope I get accepted. I have a burning desiiire to live outside of Portland, as I have lived in PDX my entire life.
I need lots more girl contact. Girly time. Playing with clothes, hair, and make-up, or something. I've been craving that. Actually, I need to make up for a lot of that girly time missed in the past. Because I've hardly done it. :'( So let's have makeover parties and stuff, girls.
I am stressed. I got more sleep last night than the previous 3 days, but not until today do I actually feel sleepy. God I had weird dreams last night. I slept like a rock.
I hate this writing class. Okay, so it's good for me, but I'm working on an essay every week. I'm not used to this workload. Fuck.
O HAY, I want new icons. To the bored and awesome: make me an icon or something for LJ, as I know some of you guys have way cooler skills and resources in icon making than I. Anything you think that is fitting - ESPECIALLY le catbus. I have yet to have a fucking catbus icon! Sad. Draw a nice pic of him, crop and modify a cool pic of him, whatever. I need more cool stuff. And if you'd like, I'll make you something in return... I don't know what it would be, but I'd make you something crafty, like a collage or drawing or something. Probably not an icon, though. Heart art exchanges.
OH also to para para people who will be present for S-Con: I hope you guys (zannah, pixxiy and ANYONE ELSE) can still help in my para para panel. Decided to drop the performance, as I am too busy, and Pete is too busy. I would like some people to be able to assist in teaching the routine Made Of Fire (I imagine it would be good to have extras to give individual help to people), so learn it/brush up on it if you'd like to do this. :) May be recruiting people for the demonstration at the beginning of the panel, so I'll keep you posted on those deets. And hopefully we'll have some advance time together to sort out shit... if not, I'll just tell you guys via internet how we'll do the panel, I guess it's not a big deal, lol.
Speaking of Para, Jon asked me if I wanted to run the Para Para FS tourney.... uuuhh, I don't know how the hell I'd do it, erm, would anyone else be interested in this?
Edit: ITG2 at Tilt was broken on Sunday... fyi. Speaking of Lloyd, today I learned in Oregon History that when Lloyd Center opened up in 1960, it was the biggest mall IN THE WORLD. What the hell!! Fancy that.
Edit number 2: I'm contemplating purchasing train tickets to Olympia for a visit this weekend - Evergreen's having an open house (and the only one I could make it to this year! :( ). I have some friends up there, so it might all work out pretty well in regards to lodging and not getting lost. Was hoping my mom could take me up and go vend at the college (vendors set up booths at colleges and junk, ya know), but it doesn't look like she will, so I think I may me big miss independent by purchasing $50 train fare and going up ALOOONNE 8) oo, adventurous.
