(no subject)
SOOOO. I don't know why I haven't posted about this yet, but I'm officially a graduate! Hooray. Graduation was pretty kickawesome since I go (went!) to an art school. It was three hous long and was basically a music concert. There was dancing too (which was cool) and also some really short monologues by the drama students, but it was mostly singing and instruments at the graduation. The visual art students were able to put a few pieces in the lobby of the Grand Ole Opry (which is where graduation was) so I did that.
Not much else to report on that.
Oh, I did get a laptop for a graduation present! So I'm using that now. It doesn't have any programs or music on it yet so it's kind of boring.
I'm supposed to get another present from my mom and her boyfriend. It's supposed to cost $250 or less. They wanted to get me a new tablet but I just got a new pen for the old one and it's still working fine. So... I decided I'd rather have something else. Problem is... I don't know what I want! I'm torn between a Nintendo Wii (costs ~$250 but the games cost more than $50 each) a Nintendo DS ("Lite" costs ~$120 -- what does Lite mean? -- games cost ~$30, usually less), and an iPod (the regular iPod -- 30gb, 4th generation -- costs ~$190. Nanos cost less but I'd like to be able to put photos on it.) Or should I have gone for a fancy shmancy tablet? My current tablet is a Wacom Graphire3 5x3.
Advice please.
