chocolate chip bread pudding experiment

loaf and 2/3 Udis white sandwich bread
2.5-3 cups almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
generous sprinkle of nutmeg
1 cup sugar- half brown, half simply raw
1 rough cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp of TJ's Sipping Chocolate (a dark cocoa, sweetened, with no dairy in it)

butter pan (9x 13 pan)
rip up bread. next time I'd probably combine all of the liquid and sweeteners before I poured on, this time I didn't think to do that so it took extra mixing.
pour all liquids, spices, and eggs on the bread.
fold in the chocolate chips and nuts

bake at 350. Probably about 45 min, but not sure, we'll see
