That sounds like sinuses maybe. Maybe it's an allergy? Something that just bloomed that you're sensitive to?

ditto. it's in the sinus region, and probably not teeth because hot and cold help not hurt. What is the weather like lately?

Sounds like a sinus headache all right. Keep taking the advil, even after the pain gets better; it will help reduce the inflamation. The only other thing you could do is try to get a nasal spray.

Silly girl, start! And keep it up -- again, those generally need to be used whether you're in immediate pain or not.
