Sick/tired/cranky last week meant that I only got to the gym twice last week. I'm shifting things around this week and trying a 2 days on 1 day off schedule. Sunday I swam for 40 minutes and this morning got on the elliptical and did Routine 2009.02 x2.
For some reason I'm not sleeping well these days (yes even Sunday and last night so it's not entirely the missed work-outs). Not sure what's going on but would sure be nice to figure it out... I's Wants Me's Sleep Back!
