10 minutes stretch, 40 minutes elliptical (wow spelled that right on the first try)
*grump* getting vaguely dis-satisfied with the cardio. I think I'm going to add swimming back in and find a 40 minute bike loop around here. Elliptical is dumb easy (and I get to watch TV) but starting to be a bit empty.
