Moving Against The Stream (No Spoilers Here)
I am currently watching the season 2 premiere of "Everybody Hates Chris".
Say what?! CRAZEEEEE SAUCE!!!!!!!!???!!
I know, it sounds outrageous coming from me. Considering how much I've been talking about dying to watch the season 3 premiere of "Veronica Mars" for god knows how long. You see, I'm at the office now and cannot concentrate on something as important as VM with all the distractions and you know... actual WORK. I already have the episode in my home computer, thanks to the generous tech goddess
naty_ (whose site, I hope doesn't conk out from all the downloads) and my beloved sister for doing the job for me. So I will watch it when I get comfy at home at my own time. No rush, no butts, no distractions. Even though I'm spoiled for this episode, I haven't stepped foot in any speculation threads and will not read any fan reactions as of yet. So all I know is that my sister cried for a certain someone I will choose to not mention. Awww...
So for my lunch break, I'm just gonna chill and watch EHC for the meantime. The kids' voices have changed. Puberty, boys!!?!
Oh yeah and if anyone's interested in my stance about fandom, I'm not setting boundaries or strict rules. So far, casting spoilers or any kind of spoiler is okay for me, as long as I'm doing the searching. Meaning if I chance by it through interviews and reviews, then any kind of reaction that comes out is my own doing and I will not blame anyone. Though plot spoilers or actual storyline stuff, I'd prefer not to know. I will move as I please and not lambast anyone for crossing my way or accidentally stepping on my toes. If things are vicious, personal, intentional or just plain cracked out and stupid, then you may get an earful from me.
There you have it. EHC over VM for now. Everyone and their mother can watch the show (well, most of you have actually seen it multiple times by now), jump in glee, join hands, gather around a camp fire and sing kumbayah. But I'll be in my corner doing my own boring thing until I decide to partake in the festivities.
