fear becomes rage; fear becomes hate; fear becomes negativity; fear becomes racism; fear becomes criticism; fear becomes jealously which fuels gossip...
just let your fears die, people. as long as we continually fear and hold onto the negativity it breeds NOTHING WILL IMPROVE. much like the jackasses that want to plant a garden but never take time to turn over a bit of earth to plant a seed; people who stew in their fear never grow. they stay in shadow-- stagnating.
so i say we all inscribe the litany against fear on our minds...and here it is (hit me baby one more time..heh heh)
"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.

i prefer a different sort of little death myself--you can keep the fear.
