Going to Anime Evolution definitely gave me something of a crash-course in How To Do A Fan Con. Step one: Go with friends! Step two: Stay on site! Because even though I consider San Jose just on the edge of "local" it is still quite a drive, especially after a full day.
So the thing I need to find out about FurtherConfusion for next year is (well, will I have the time and funds to go, that's the main thing) do I have friends who will want and be able to go with me?

As for me being 27, I'm still puzzling over that one myself. I graduated from college almost four years ago? !!!
One of the test results that I forgot to mention but was the most relief was no sign of diabetes. I don't think I'm particularly at risk, any more than any other person, but I'm a thirsty person. And occasionally it gets a little excessive and it worried me. (Days where I'm drinkin water drinkin water drinking water drinkin water ALL DAY and I'm STILL THIRSTY.)

Probably what's really behind it is I don't always drink as much as I should in the field, or I feel like since I'm carrying my water around everywhere I must be drinking it and I'm really not.
