whats in an idea?
This week is my last 60 an hour week til late november. I'm very excited to go back to 30-40 hours a week. Not the amount of money I want, but I'll stay sane and that's very important to me right now.
I've been working on the pine island pictures lately. I'm trying to get proofs done and work out details with them because Jen at State of the Art wants to me to show there in May. I want to do editions of prints this time. 5-10 depending on the amount of cash I can raise.
I got a new phone yesterday. The highlight of my week is a little red samsung juke, which is freakin sweet. I got to install music in it and it has a set of headphones which can help me answer the phone when I'm walking around listening to music... and it's red.
I'm really enjoying my new job. It's hard and demanding, but the work is relatively easy and I can deal with the little factors, show up early, stay later, volunteer to help out on days off. None of this bothers me. My boss sometimes can be hard to work with, but honestly I'm used to having a demanding boss and so far I haven't entirelly pissed him off yet. yeah I know... yet.
I won't be going to lancaster very much. Frankly I work too much at my photography job and I work on the weekends at BBW. The next and last time before thanksgiving will be October 4th for Melissa's wedding. But I'm looking forward to a very busy fall and busy holiday.
