The tale of not so super server trainer Carley
So, in one day I went from being retrained to training two other people. It is supremely difficult to be the main server, even with two super server trainees like I had today. Summer and Javy are going to be absolutely awesome. Summer even waited tables pretty much all by herself today,and Dewight made me promise not to run her off. We had a few grouchy customers, but nothing too bad. Its like Rona said, if you keep coming back to the table with a smile then most customers are going to be willing to forgive you for a few minor screw up
I think I will do okkay helping train people, especially after I remember all the details myself. It is really very fun because I have the opportunity to make sure things are done right, if I can just remember what right is. I think I work 7-3 the rest of the week, because 3 is when Wes comes in and I must leave. I'll have to work on making sure all my side work is done by three, or second shift may eat me.
Speaking of Wes, he bought me roses today and a very very sweet card. And cleaned my car out. me=very lucky.
