Under the cut is a fanmix made in reaction to "Children of Earth."
While there are no direct spoilers, the mood, titles of songs, and lyrics in the songs are potentially spoilery.
21 Guns --
Green DayDo you know what’s worth fighting for
When it’s not worth dying for?
Does it take your breath away
And you feel yourself suffocating?
Dust in the Wind -
KansasNow don’t hang on.
Nothing lasts forever but the Earth and sky.
It slips away,
And all your money won’t another minute buy.

The night is yours alone,
When you're sure you've had enough of this life,
Well hang on.
Slow Dancing in a Burning Room --
John MayerWe're going down, and you can see it too.
We're going down, and you know that we're doomed.
My dear, we're slow dancing in a burning room.
Breathe Me --

Wonderwall --

Like to say to you

Hallelujah --
Jeff BuckleyMaybe there's a God above
But all I've ever learned from love
Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew ya.
And it's not a cry that you hear at night,
It's not somebody who's seen the light,
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah.
Beggar’s Prayer --
Emiliana TorriniMamma said lift your head from the sieve of your hands,
Mamma said eventually this hurting will end.
But the shock waves on my bones will linger
Like the ghost of you here in my bed.
Ambition --
DovesThere's not a love that's perfect
But I, I live in hope.
Somebody good, somebody new
Something as good, something that's mine.
Friend of Ours -
Elbow Before leaving get to the bar.
No one round here makes you pay.
Never very good at goodbyes,
So gentle shoulder charge.
Love you mate.
Farewell -
Apocalyptica{Instrumental}
Notes: In Act II, scene ii of William Shakespeare's Caesar, there's an exchange between Calphurnia and Caesar that I have always loved.
Calphurnia: When beggars die there are no comets seen. The heavens themselves blaze forth the death of princes.
Caesar: Cowards die many times before their death. The valiant never taste of death but once.
I was re-reading Caesar during "Children of Earth" and I had just read this before "Day Four." After the events of the episode, I knew I wanted to make a fanmix and that this quote would be a sort of starting point for it.
