There were some serious benefits to Jedi training and then living as a fugitive for months. It really taught you to travel light. And so it took Zayne all of five minutes to move himself out of #10 and all the way down to #0.
Of course, that also meant that he absolutely nothing to fill up the gigantic apartment that was now his by nature of being the landlord. He really had no idea what he would do with two bathrooms. Or a living room AND a den. And where did you keep a lightsaber in an apartment that large? Right now it was on the bar - he had a BAR - since it was fairly centralized and could easily call it to him with telekinesis from most rooms.
Zayne... really wasn't used to this kind of set up. Obviously.
