I thought about this and really Jenny summed it up. It has to start with something small and build. I think outside help is key too. ANd stability through consistency with a therapist/doctor etc and not the whirlwind of boys, drugs and related jobs.
I am here for you as well. If I had a better answer I would tell you in a second, but I'm not sure. I just know I needed stability to start to get better because constant chaos doesn't give you the opportunity to do more than stick bandaids on.
Been keeping some better hours w/ volunteering. Been eating (to my dismay and getting v upset about but um...i guess that's what i need to do?!) more, and more of what I like.
