For most intents and purposes, I've decided to abandon my livejournal as a writing medium. This probably doesn't come as a big surprise, since I've hardly used this thing in ages. But I guess now it's official. I'm still going to leave it up because I have a lot of friends on here who I still want to keep in touch with, and I'll be following all of your journals still.
But for me, I've decided that LJ is just not the place for me anymore. Instead, I've got a couple of places where you can keep in touch with me and my writing. I'll be keeping a personal blog here:
http://bryannelson.wordpress.com: Meandering with Intent: A Künstlerroman.
It will be a bit of a nexus for me, and will be a place to reference what I'm up to and other things that I'm writing and where they can be found. I'll be using it for creative writing here and there too.
For those interested in my philosophy stuff, I began a blog centered entirely around the Philosophy of Embodiment. It will occasionally include my own work, but mostly it's a resource for what's going on in the field, which I'll be compiling over time. That blog can be found here:
http://corporature.wordpress.com: Being in the World: An Online Resource for Studying Embodiment and Corporeality.
Like I said, I might occasionally drop into some of the LJ communities, and I'll be keeping in touch with my friend's page. Hopefully you'll keep in touch with me too. I might post here now and then, possibly, but only to post links to other things.
It's been a long ride with LJ; I think this has been a long time coming. Oddly enough, I think I might actually miss it.
