but the last time I wrote I was all depressed by beam-me-up-scotty and that part of my life is over now.
and let me say, I'm happy about that...
...there were so many things he did that just did not sit right with me and I just let them slide...no more of that bullshit. I realize now we broke up because we never had a fight that resolved the issues we were having...just little spats that left us circling the problem like vultures over a dead thing, but never landing on it...
... its different now tho, and this is a good kind of change. matt and I have yet to fight...but not because I haven't told him that he's doing something that bugs me, but because we can talk about it like grown up people. and a couple of times he's been like "seriously, caitlin?" in relation to something I'm doing thats just dumb. and still, no fighting, just talking and discussing and getting to know each other. freaking amazing.
