RAPHAEL
I am delighted to announce that my third book of poems, entitled "Raphael", will be available to purchase from March 2008. More than two years in the making, it is the sequel to "Angels" (2004) and "Faith Hope and Charity" (2005) and is again published by United Press Limited, London, UK. It is priced £6.95 and contains 20 poems.
This time the book has a full colour cover, photo of which I took one lovely sunny Sunday last year whilst walking along the tow path from Kew Bridge to Richmond and there is also one of my illustrations in black and white of the Egyptian Sun God Ra which goes with the poem "Sailing the Sun".

The book is dedicated to the memory Dan's grandparents who died last autumn within 20 days of each other, and my little black cat Miss Kitty who was killed on 30 September 2007.
Signed copies of "Raphael" can be pre-ordered direct from myself at catherine@pretty-cards.co.uk and will be sent out to you as soon as I receive them from the publishers and I am offering limited edition free p&p (for the first 50 copies). I will keep you updated regarding the exact date of release. Please note that I intend to give 10% of profits to the Wiltons Music Hall Appeal. Wiltons, situated in the East End of London, UK is the oldest surviving Victorian music hall in the world but is sadly crumbling and in urgent need of repairs in order to continue living and flourishing as a venue for quality entertainment.
In the meantime, limited quantities of "Angels" (£5.95) and "Faith Hope and Charity" (£6.95) are still available and are subject to p&p - I will keep mailing costs down to a minimum. Again, please contact me direct to place an order.
