I ate Kuzu Mochi tonight. It was gelatinous and kept falling off my spoon. There was black liquid mixed from cane sugar, and a mysterious yellow powder, all poured and sprinkled on top.

(Which isn't to say it wasn't tasty, just tricky to eat. And a bit strange.)
