Er, happy Ada Lovelace Day for all my techy female friends and relatives and that.
In other news, I have completed a star-spanged blue velvet night-gown thingy. It is both comfortable and striking and I am plotting a wizard's hat to go with it.
And the calluses I developed on my fingers from assaulting the steel strings on my mandolin feel very funny (a bit like candle-wax stuck to your finger tips all the time) and I suspect they will start to peel off soon. And it will be all to begin again...
