DeLeWaRe!! cT bLaSt 'o5!
Ok this weekend my fab 14's 'o5 Connecticut Blast girls went to Deleware! A tournament in Deleware where 14's and college team played in the same facility which was a great like experience to watch, the college girls were so good!
Friday: Liz drove down with us!! We left at like 11 and Liz said I didn't talk and listened to my constant dying ipod haha. She doesn't like rap... But the hollerback song is hysterical...B A N A N A S!So yes then we stopped at a rest stop in NJ and wow we got carvel and we come out and this big black guy was talking on the cell phone and hes like "where the lady at? where the lady at?" Omg it was hysterical!! The ride was kind of long, 5 hours...and Deleware smells like manuire!! We stopped at the field first to watch college games. We met Melissa and Taylor there but we were cold! Liz had Evan's letters in her pocket...yes i AM 2pie!! But we finally got to the 'crack hotel' the best western which was soo like whorish. Then we went to Friendlys. It was so noisy and southern. It took like 1 hour to get our food and it was cold which sucked. But we came back, sat in the lobby, talked on my phone. We waited for the other girls to come. I kept talking to the baseball players, they were little and unfriendly. And then Casey came and we had to put Liz's stuff in her room, after that I went to bed.
Saturday: Game time!! Ok our first game was at one and I was having a nice time sleeping and then Casey and Liz came and pounded on my door, and my dad gave them the key so they came and attacked me to get up. It was pretty fun...then I had to beg people for socks and finally Megan gave me hers :). Then we headed to the game extra early and we started to warm up an hour and a half early. This team we played was from Maryland we were better then them but we lost :(. But lemme tell u all these girls had attitudes and every1 said I kept getting mad and teh girls laughed at us being all southern, haha but yes wow. So the first team we like yelled and screamed, and we were ahead at first, but in the end we lost. Second game, wow I hate the Deleware Magic. The pitcher was laughing and they were like assholes, I got so mad they were so stupid. Stef told me to calm down but I was catching and I had fun like making the girls get back to their bases. They were 4th in the nation for 12s but they had bad attitudes. So Saturday night was aboslutely fun! We all went to Applebees as a team, well almost. There were 14 of us and we waited a long time but played little hand games while waiting. Then we got to sit and everyone ordered like a million shirley temples, cept for Liz and I got shakes lol. Then we had this weird waitress who was telling Melissa and Ashely her life story about how she was moving to New Mexico. Melissa showed me all her lovely pictures and then took some of all the girls, me with my knife in hand, one looks so scary. Then my dad told us to tell the waitress to tell them it was Rich's birthday. So we asked if they could sing, but they coulndt cuz they got sued for some racism birthday singing haha. So they braught him baloons and cake and we were singing and were like happy 50th Rich! It was sooo funny wow...then we came back and we saw a honey moon car.It was so funny who would want their honey moon in that crack hotel? So Liz came bak to my room I was on the phone and she straightened her hair. We called her brother and it was funny.Then I slept
Sunday: Got up crazy early, went to Dunkin Donuts and then to the fields. When we warmed up we actually talked about inspiriing talks haha. Everyone thinks I am stupid, but omg Hannah is like a walknig dictionary...so yes..We played this other team that wasn't great, but we didn't do well. I said something and this girl on the other team like mimicked me and I was like oh excuse me for supporting team while you're sitting on the floor of your dugout and she looked at me I was like yeah and walked away. I have an attitude prob ahah. So then we played the Magic again and didn't do great, nothing special about that game. The nasty girl at first tagged me but I rammed my shoulder into her and the coach was like I expected nothnig less of you, lol yep my attitude. Then we went to the gift shop and looked at pictures with Emilie.Liz and I came home after we went to a "hardee's" which do exist. After a long ride home we arrived in CT. Liz explained to my dad what ghetto was.
It was sooo fun girls! I hope we have a great season, so some of you in 2 months haha ;).
