Woohoo! We have livable space in the lounge and library! I have been a busy little, um, I don't know, what? Tidying up the lounge and library. All my fabric (the visible stuff and the stuff in the box, but not the suitcase yet) has been sorted and folded, I have picked up and put away books, put out *all* the accumulated bits of paper I could find for recycling, and generally set to. We now have a dining table in the library again, and there's still floorspace which is usable. :)
Next stop, my room....
I just hope that one day I can afford my own house, and have a room specifically for sewing and craft, with HEAPS of storage. One thing that Dad's drilled into us is that you can NEVER have too much storage. :) The lounge will, of course, be the library, and there will be an astoundingly fantastic kitchen space with the best walk in pantry/cellar EVER. And one bedroom will be dedicated to garb storage.
At the current rate of saving I may be able to afford the deposit by the time I'm 40. I'm working on improving this.
Right, I'm going to go and tidy my room a bit and then do some self-directed study (since MY laurel is nice, and hasn't given me homework, unlike some other people's laurels ;P) before bed.
