Fringe Theory

Okay, so this is the episode the mid season was supposed to end on - far more intriguing than the one it did.

Part the first: Love how Peter keeps thinking he knows these people because they are so close to his own and he keeps consistently being proved wrong.

Part the second: Oh, Lincoln, I kind of love you, in any universe.

Part the third: Love the sort of shell game that is going on (tm
wolfie74) of who is who and who is not who and who is pretending to be who.

Part the fourth: Alas, Brendan, it couldn't have happened to a more despicable guy.

Part the fifth:
wolfie74 had a theory and I am going to run with it for a bit - Little Mister Observer told Olivia that she has to die. Is it because all these different universes and variations thereof are kind of her creation? She played the mental role in getting Peter to work the machine, maybe she is sustaining the variations at this point, at least in some aspects. Or does just this version of Olivia have to die so the "real" Olivia can come back?

Part the sixth: Still leaning towards the theory that there is a third universe at play as well (at least). It would explain the different shapshifters. Ooh, wouldn't it be cool if a Dark!Olivia was helping to run things there?

Part the seventh: Fringe! Don't leave me!
