Soooo
I know, I know... I've been off the grid for ages. I was doing an intense bout of studying. Head down, no distractions, etc. I'm done with that now, for the time being, so on to other things. Primarily it's been hammering away at the AoD novel. I'm making good progress so far. I'm going to shoot an e-mail to the publisher to ask when they'd like to see a proposal, and just to see if they are still interested. Guh, I hope so. If not, I'm moving on to other publishers, and I think I'll try and sell some more short stories. You never know if you don't try, eh? Part of me thinks that I'm stupid to try to make a go at this. There are loads of talented people out there, and what makes anything I do better than what they produce? Even wondering if I'm crazy to think that I'm on the level to be published. Am I just throwing my time away, hammering at the keyboard for my own entertainment? Cause if so, there are easier ways. This is hard, dammit.
Other than that, I've been crushing on Jensen Ackles. Not to the level of my ALP crush... I don't think anyone will touch that, to be honest. :) But DAMN he's pretty. I mean, mind-numbingly pretty. And he sings and plays guitar. No fair.
