That was great. So brutal, and so cool all at the same time. I love defiant!Connor. Hmmm that image reminds me of something else (See icon :-) ). Hehehehe. And I think Badass!Abby totally rocks. LOL to Becker showing up when he did. Great chapter, can't wait to read the next chapter. ;-D

Thanks!! LOL, yeah... I had a nice mental image to help with defiant!Connor. Badass!Abby was fun to write! Poor Conn, though. Had to be rescued, LOL! Think I may try to start last chapter today/tonight. Will be out of town for Thanksgiving.

OH NO YOU DIDN'T!!!! That's just wrong. Especially if you're going out of town. But, at least you didn't leave them in too much of a lurch... this time.

Pretty sure I'm writing on 'Forever' today/tonight. At least I'm only gone until Thurday night (unless we leave Friday morning) Lots of car time to plot :)

Thanks, you too! We're just going to Ft. Worth, so an easy drive. The spawn will get to play with his cousins and get spoiled rotten. Should be a good time other than the perpetual awkwardness between my hubby and my mom!

Thanks. We're staying here, but we might go to Alabama or Nashville at Christmas.

Perhaps the awkwardness will lessen as time goes on. My papa didn't like my dad for a long time; Dad kinda had to prove himself, ya know? It wasn't until my dad got in there and worked his rear end off to support my family and not take any handouts from my grandparents that he gained my papa's respect. Papa was at the hospital waiting with us during my dad's surgery 2 months ago and I over heard him call my dad his son on the telephone. It was cool. They love each other very much now. :-)
